Welcome to OnlyStructure. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OnlyStructure platform operated by PG Media Consulting LLC (“OnlyStructure”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.

1. Service Description

OnlyStructure is a software-as-a-service platform designed for OFM (OnlyFans management) agencies. The service includes tools for content planning, team operations, finance management, and agency intelligence. Specific features available depend on your subscription plan.

2. Account Registration

To use OnlyStructure, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Free Trial and Subscriptions

We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selection.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on initial subscriptions. Refunds for renewals are not provided unless required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent
• Manage content involving minors or non-consenting individuals
• Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform you connect to OnlyStructure

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5. Your Content and Responsibilities

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload, create, or manage through OnlyStructure (“Your Content”). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions for content you manage
• Compliance with the terms of service of platforms you operate on (Instagram, X, TikTok, Threads, Reddit, OnlyFans, etc.)
• Tax obligations and financial reporting in your jurisdiction
• Compliance with applicable laws regarding adult content and creator management
• Obtaining consent from creators and team members whose data you process

OnlyStructure is a tool that helps you organize your operations. We do not post, publish, or distribute content on your behalf or on third-party platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

The OnlyStructure platform, including all software, designs, logos, and trademarks, is the property of PG Media Consulting LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without explicit written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, hosting provider issues, or force majeure events.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONLYSTRUCTURE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PG Media Consulting LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or non-payment.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data for 30 days following termination, after which it will be deleted from our active systems (subject to retention requirements in our Privacy Policy).

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
